People pleasing in my work and personal life, was draining my energy. I wanted the understanding and the knowing, that doing and giving my best, is good enough. Working with Suzanne helped me get out of my own way, push through barriers that I had created, and lean into my natural abilities to become more confident and self-reliant. Suzanne worked with me to help me realize I had the ability to achieve great success, I just had to learn how to rely on myself, to do it.

Thank you so much for all your help and guidance during our sessions. I will be reflecting on, and carrying with me, the many new insights I gleaned throughout the next phases of my career. You helped me identify some obstacles I face in my career choices (negative, self-sabotaging thinking), and some major job ingredients that will lead me to jobs that fit me best. I had many new insights that I hadn’t been able to come up with or discover on my own. Coaching with you helped me see some of my qualities, that to me are contradictory, as strengths to be honed. I think your warmth and your sharp insights would be helpful to anyone looking to get clearer about what they want in their career, and what the obstacles are that keep getting in the way AND how to work with those obstacles. 10/10 would recommend.

The BIG difference for me was the AWESOME disposition of my coach. I LOVED sharing with Suzanne without reservations. My coaching sessions allowed me to share authentically and develop NEW mental models of how to approach either a situation or person. I have used Suzanne's coaching to help me navigate various professional and personal situations. Suzanne allowed me to set the agenda at each meeting and shared various models to consider when approaching my situation. I have a new/fresh approach to live my values and aim for the aspirational goals of our strategic plan.

Suzanne asks insightful questions, helped me set tangible goals, specific and small enough that I could make progress between our bi-weekly sessions. She held me accountable as I had asked her to, and when I didn't complete something we explored what got in the way. Above all, her professional and respectful approach, warmth, great listening skills, and sense of humor made it easier for me to open up and gain some much-needed insights on what I was after and why. I would highly recommend her as a coach.

Suzanne has guided me through tough decisions with my team, coached me on being a leader opposed to being a manager, and the largest area of support has been my personal career growth goals (development and implementation), and learning to lead by example. Suzanne provides true coaching - assists in asking the right questions to guide me through decisions that work for me. She doesn't provide answers. She ensures our time together is efficient. She has also provided several valuable resources in our time together that I have been able to use/implement with my team.

If you are wanting to learn about yourself, your strengths, weaknesses and how to grow into the career you want, you need to be open to a different perspective. I haven't always taken constructive criticism well, but Suzanne always brings a positive perspective and challenges your thoughts. That's where the growth happens!

Suzanne challenges by questions to an end point of direction with a plan. We had easy conversations about complex scenarios, which helped build to solutions.

I really wasn’t sold on it at first and thought I would drop it. However, after a few sessions I really saw the change based on our convos and the value it was bringing me. I now look forward to it.

Suzanne is an outstanding coach who helped me navigate a stressful transition into a new organization.
