About Me
My intent as a coach is to help people increase their motivation and joy by connecting to their sense of self and purpose. I approach my coaching with a balance of empathy, pragmatism, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour. I invite clients to bring their full selves to every session and I commit to doing so myself.
Through my training and experience, I have seen the coaching process transform tensions and uncertainty into hope, clarity, and action.
I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program.
With over 25 years of leadership in a diversity of fields, I hold a Masters degree in Community Psychology, an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies, and am Lean Green Belt certified. I am also trained in non-violent communication. I am queer-identified, have delivered training on anti-oppression, and approach my work with a trauma-informed lens.
When I’m not coaching change-makers, I am likely dancing, gardening, or working for positive change in my home community of Peterborough, Ontario and elsewhere.
